The intent of this project is to realize interfaces between patients, information and the hospital setting by giving physical form to patient data, making data directly perceptible and manipulable. It seeks to understand patterns within patient data sets, patterns that through interpretation and analysis, lead to multi scalar solutions for problems in health care. The scenarios are: The hospital, the patient room, the health care system, and even the medical device. Here, the individual is empowered through the visualization and generation of information through multiple modes of material expression and spatial intervention.
